-The LCMGA works on local Habitat for Humanity projects, teaching new homeowners how to plant and care for their landscapes
-Ag Awareness Days: The LCMGA works with the LC Extension ans several other local organizations to bring this event to local 3rd &4th graders. They learn about how important agriculture is to their lives everyday. Master Gardeners usually have a special activity or exhibit to illustrate the importance of horticulture in our lives and to food systems. This event is not open to the public.
